Yesterday, in our Article “Suicide Awareness Month,” I wrote about my playlist for bad days.

Bad days? What do I mean by bad days?

I mean those days when I’m feeling down, worthless, fat and ugly, when I’m crying over nothing and just about everything sets me off in one way or another. Days when it takes everything I have to take care of myself while taking care of my families needs as well. Days when my house is messy and even though it gives me anxiety I have no motivation to clean it.

When I have these bad days, or even just okay days, I put on a select list of songs and do the best I can.

Here is a list of songs that can be heard on such a day:

*Please note that I’m weird and have no set genre of music.*

Some days there are more songs, some days less. I try to stay away from sad songs because more often than not.. they make me feel worse.

I will admit that there are days when all I want to do is have a good cry so I put on sad songs.

You may not like some of these songs or maybe you’ve found one you’d like to add to your playlist.

You can find these songs/artist on:

Amazon Music

Google Play

I hope you found this list beneficial in one way or another.
